The challenge was to design a simple, trustworthy booking experience that balances user confidence and operational feasibility.
We followed a lean, outcome-driven design approach.
The emphasis was on learning quickly, not designing a fully scaled product.
Research insights

Feature prioritization
To avoid overbuilding, features were prioritized based on Impact, Operation feasibility.
High-Priority MVP Features :
Lower-priority features (subscriptions, store, course, etc) were intentionally deferred.

Execution & MVP Build
The MVP features were combined into a single, guided booking flow that reduced decision fatigue and manual coordination.
Users could select a service, choose an available time slot, add a pet profile, and confirm a booking with clear status updates, enabling fast first-time bookings and smoother repeat usage.
